Beads of sweat accumulate on my forehead. They quickly stream down my face and trickle to the ground. I see them as drops of pain, work, and perseverance; they stand as reminders of my dedication. They serve as motivation, my eyes burn as I squint at them.

I keep pushing. My arms are shaking; pushups never felt better, my arms are on fire yet numb, but I keep pushing on. I look to my left, I see you… I see someone who is determined to be Gifted at all cost. Do you see what I see?

My name is Mark Louie and I will add quality years to your life if you are willing to trust in me as much as I will believe in you.

I will raise the bar, and you will pull up yourself.

I’ll say you can do more, and you will relay that message to your muscles.

When I say good job, you will use it as fuel to complete the next round of exercises.

Never put too much emphasis on whether you think you can do it or not. It’s only a matter of when it will get done.

I will create a place outside of your comfort zone, that in due time will become your new comfort zone. A place where you will feel better than you ever have and look better than you could ever thought possible. Get Gifted.
